Need some small tweaks

One area I didn't like is I had a 1099-NEC and the program didn't ask if is i had business expenses. I had to search to find the form I would need.

Good but Discount Didn't Work

I like using TurboTax to do my taxes. I signed up for turbotax advantage. It's supposed to give you a discount on your purchases. However, when I paid for my state return efile I was charged the full price.

I was able to use Turbo Tax easily. I had only one question. I called support services who quickly clarified what I needed to do. The agent was helpful, patient, and pleasant to work with.
