Couldn't use my credit card to file Nebraska State income tax because to your webpage would not open far enough to put in my credit card info, so I don't get the $5 discount. Please help me get the $5 discount Thanks

worst TT since 2005

many bugs. I have used TT every year since 2005. this is BY FAR the worst experience. Turbotax Premier fed & state lost all data entered twice because TT did not save it on exit or crash. now fed is filed and accepted but can not file state CO because I need to pay $25 fee to file

Seriously! It's additional fee to process refung!

I love the program but do not appreciate paying over $100 for a program and then have to turn around and pay another $40 to get my refund processed by you. That makes no sense to me. I'm not sure I will continue using this program for that reason.

1st complaint could not pull up my last years turbo tax. 2nd complaint entered my bank account and my and spouse's driver's license closed app when i reopened it all that info was gone
