It is less confusing with the disc.
I think iy is a shame for you to charge $15 dollars to file state taxes.

Couldn't use a credit card to pay. Forced to use the more expensive net refund option (second year this has happened).

I've been using TurboTax for many years going back to the 1990's. Every year it gets easier and I think it is awesome!. Well worth the money!

Hate the new software program

I found the new step-by-step procedure cumbersome and annoying. I have been using TurboTax for over 30 years and always found it very easy to use and user-friendly. I found the revised software so annoying I finally just used the Forms for data entry.

Made The Yearly Horror of Taxes Almost A Pleasure

Aside from a few categories which I could not understand, it was as smooth or smoother than when I had my taxes done for me. Taxes are daunting and Turbo Tax made it as simple as think it could have been made.
