Not a happy customer Turbo Tax Premier

Entering of Interest and Dividends - your change was not user friendly. Before you had an option to automatically input your information. Now you have a convoluted process; you have to hit add investments i order to get tiles that may or may not be applicable, and then finally you get to manually input the information. This then conflicts with form(s) that were transferred from last year"s return. Very messy and not user friendly as before. Not a happy customer.

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 15 years. It is very easy to use. I have also done my parents' tax returns with it.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Can file the tax returns outside of US.

Easy to use. Can be used to file the tax returns while travel outside of US as long as internet us available and internet security is allowed.

2024 needs work

The 2024 version of TT is significantly harder to use than all previous versions. TT needs to get rid of the AI Guidance and revert back to the Search and Jump To format. Also, it needs to revert bckk to the older version when one looks at entered dividends and interest in-put.

Cost Basis on Stock Sales

Would like to see more help on stock sales that do not have a cost bases ( non covered) provided. Maybe some kind of link to historical sales to a third part provider. I know it would require a lot of data, that is why I am suggesting a third party.
