TurboTax E-File State At LATER TIME is Defective

Options to e-file a federal return and then come back AT A LATER TIME to e-file the state return is confusing and apparently impossible if you unknowingly chose the wrong option when e-filing the federal return. Now I have to mail in the state filing.
I've used turbo tax for 5 years, and this is the first time this has happened. I will let my CPA do my taxes next year. I will not buy turbotax next year!

Long Time Visually Impaired User

Two comments:
We've been uning TurboTax for many years. Please consider rewarding long-term repeat customers with a substantial discount to encourage us to come back every year.
My last comment is two fold. First, thanks for making the desktop program very compatible with screen readers for visually impaired users. It was great this year in that regard. Slast, It would be great if you could increase contrast throughout all features.
Overall, thanks for a great program. Hope to see you in 2025.

TurboTax worth it

Generally easy to use. However, when trying to e-file the message was I could not and probably needed to update. I had to shut down my computer and was allowed to update then. This is the first year I did receive the CD but downloaded from online.

Automatic Updates - provide flexibility

I find it annoying every time I open the application there is an update. Nothing material ever changes. Give me an option to update... then I can update before I file, but I don't need to update every time!

All kinds of problems this year, mostly because I don't have or know a pass word stored in "tax-bpx_uuid_service" keychain.
