Never again

1. Had to create an account with Turbo Tax to use the software after I bought and paid for it. TT didn't recognize my password after I had just created the account. Forced to run the Captcha gauntlet multiple times and waste too much time. Very frustrating.
2. After filing my federal return I opened the software to print and file my state return and had to update and install software changes. I started out with a $604 refund, and wound up with $4195 liability after the update. Wasted more time and frustration tracking down the error and fixing it.

TurboTax entry screens used to be better

It's less intuitive than it used to be (been using TurboTax for many, many, many years...). I don't like the W2/1099 form entry screens. Go back to the old way!

Used it for decades

Too much black box. Would be nice to be able to point at an amount on a tax form and have a reference of where it came from (that happens in some cases, but rarely).
