Turbo Tax induced Headache - during Tax Season

Twice during this filing period, I had to do manual updates because the auto-update process failed. I find this interesting because I deliberately install the program in a non-windows system folder so I won't run into file protection issues.

After initial version could not handle RMDs properly, a subsequent software update (Feb 20) provide a complex (rather than simple) solution. I am not pleased.

Turbo Tax is a great value with the Expert Support

I worked with three different experts when I reached a snag. The issue was address and I proceeded on my own until the next time. My refund increased along the way due to their help.
