Overall very good. Foreign Tax credit and Annualization of income justification for estimated payments should be made easier.

On Saturday, February 15, your expert called and could not see my screen when I shared screen with her.
We were on the phone for over two hours.
On Sunday, February 16, another expert called and shared screen with me. We looked at my 1099-B info and she guided me quickly through the problems and filing.
Can you please improve your method for entering milage for rental properties?

I still think that you can make it easier to get to name of interest banks earned and also investment companies or the like.

Confusing Refund and LEO Deduction

The Law Enforcement deduction was very confusing and it took several attempts to clear error stats. The payment method for filing was also very confusing for filing state fees.

TURBOTAX DOES NOT CORRECTLY TRANSFER ALL TAX-EXEMPT INTEREST FROM FEDERAL TAX FORM TO STATE TAX FORM. TURBOTAX CHECKS FOR ERRORS, INDICATES THAT THERE ARE NONE, THEN INDICATES THAT THERE ARE ERRORS, EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE MADE NO CHANGES. TURBOTAX INDICATES EVERYTHING IS COMPLETE, THEN WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH EVEN MORE STEPS. THE EFFORT TO COMPLETE TURBOTAX IS GREATER EVERY YEAR AND MORE DIFFICULT TO USE.
