Not as happy at this time

I was disappointed this year with the inconsistent feel and the fact that the program cost keeps going up and this year they have added additional electronic processing fees.

Good, but need to distinguish between child and father or mother with the same first name. Some questions were confusing when asked we didn't know if the question was for the father or child with the same first name.

TurboTax 2024 issues

I have used TurboTax for several years but this year I had a greater difficulty in understanding some of the questions, so I hope I have answered correctly.
I also completed a tax return for my mother-in-law as I have done for several years. This time it was rejected twice. It was rejected because my father-in-law's S/S showed that he was deceased, which he was in Jan 2024. TurboTax did not point this out such that the tax retunes would be accepted.

Turbotax works great.

My tax return is fairly straightforward, so the software does everything I need, including importing information from brokerage accounts. I had no need for live help, but I'm glad it's available.
