Pretty good product. Charging for State e-file is ridiculous, especially with Premier Version. I ended up e-filing my Federal, will file by mail for my State

Medicare B and D cost Alert

I almost missed a significant deduction for Medicare B and D costs. Had I not hit the Learn More button I would have not entered it with my Medicare cost, and included it with my business expenses. There should have been an automated alert cautioning me since the software already knew I was a self employed business owner.

It was quick and easy, in spite of my voluminous tax return. Needed help on one aspect of program. Phone call resolved. It was answered extremely quickly and thoroughly! Kudos to Tammy.

Premier package

I used the step by step guided method. Was lengthy but so are the tax laws. The review process did miss that I had left out my pin numbers and my returns, filed electronically, were rejected. Had to go through correction process and re-submit.
