Worked great until the submittal step, then sucked

Filling in the info was fine. When it came to filing, the SC state return said I could not manually enter my first name, so I deleted it in the box that popped up. Then it said the box had to be filled in. Looked like an endless do loop and took me about an hour to find the federal form, which had my name in it, delete the name and type it in again (?????) to make the SC form happy. Then the program failed to submit my returns. I had to update the program, which I had done a few hours before. Then it got hung up and I had to force close it. Finally after restarting and inputing my county info for the second time, the program finally submitted my returns. Very glitchy in the final stage....disappointing

Slightly disappointing

As I got to the point of paying for my state e-file, if I selected the amount to be deducted from my federal return, a $40 processing fee would have been applied versus paying with a credit card and only paying the stated e-file.

Not Happy with Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax calculated that I have to pay "Underpayment of Estimated Tax By individual & Fiduciaries". I live in California, and I do not pay estimated taxes on a quarterly basis. My taxes are withheld monthly from my retirement check.

CANT FILE STATE OR EVEN SAVE FILE

unable to e-file state due to missing forms. filed fed without issue. SUPPORT THINKS IT IS IRS ISSUE
