Worse turbo tax I ever had

had trouble recovering my tax form as I was working on. Had trouble saving the forms. Just all around had a difficult time saving , printing and transmitting returns.

Although tax prep is not high on my list of favorite things, TT makes it as painless as possible. The app is well-designed to bite off small pieces of the process and it gets completed in a reasonable timeframe.

Super easy to use product and walks you through the process step by step, this was my first time not only using Intuit but filing my taxes myself. I have always used a CPA in the past.

Cheaper than tax act and I know why. Not nearly as polished. Vey annoying sales pitch for unnecessary services. I can literally call an IRS employee for free and get a guaranteed answer. Why would I pay $60 for your person?

PIN number cannot be entered manually.

I tried to E-file but was rejected due to absence of PIN number. This should automatically flag under review but TURBO tax did not flag it. So I am totally disappointed. When I tried to enter the PIN since I got it, Turbo Tax won't even allow me.
