Good function, lousy software quality

OK your functionality is pretty but your software sucks. Why does it take so long to load? Why does it have to update so often and who is this process so clumsy? Could you possibly make a faster interface, having to page through screens is a time waster. Re-code this mess please!

Turbotax has problems

First version I bought was corrupted. The next version did not work either. With help from a TurboTax representative, I manage to finish my tax return. About 10 hours were used totally.

overall pleased but ... but since you import information from my prior year's return(s) why can't you determine my capital loss carryover from prior years? I see no reason why you can't do that as part of the import process.

I have been using TurboTax for 30 years and continue to use it because it is easy, prevents errors or omissions, great explanations and carries you through the process completely
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments, I had a baby
