Product was straight forward and had sufficient guidance to answer any and all questions generated in preparing the taxes. IRS have become so simple today that the AI computer could fill out the IRS forms by only entering your personal identity and all your income documents. All the common deductions have been passed over with the huge Standard Deduction.

Been using TurboTax for over 25+ years and it's never failed to deliver.
When I was younger and ran my own business I used Intuit QucikBooks and it exported all my financial data seamlessly into the Turbotax Home and Business.

I could not print from the program.

I could not print directly from the program. Thus a serious problem. The ONLY way I could print was to make a PDF and print that. Howe er, I could not print, or copt the agreements I had to sign, even though it was a suggested that I do so. Making a PDF was hard and only worked after several tries.
