ADD AI INQUIRY ANALYSIS USING MY DATA

It would be great if I could ask AI a question, WITHIN the expertise of Turbo Tax. For example, as a Senior, I thought that there was going to be NO-TAX on my Social Security income with this filing.... but I am clearly paying tax on most of mine. Why? I'm tryin to understand, but it seem complicated. So, would be nice if AI could help me understand complex issues with MY SPECIFIC numbers, not just with GENERAL answers..

It was easy for me to understand the procedure. With my husband passing away this year. It helped me to fill out the taxes correctly and obtain and find the correct information.

Great but different between Online and Desktop

overall, the turbotax experience was helpful and clear to understand. however, i started my return online but it didn't have all the forms i needed, mainly the rental property depreciation form. so i had to start over in the desktop. i did like the snap a photo feature on the online feature, but didn't really get to utilize it since i had to start over in the desktop.
