I've used TurboTax for 20 years. It is generally effective, but I do not appreciate Intuit's constant attempts to gain more revenue through irritating prompts to purchase services I do not need or want. There are also technical glitches -- this year, the payment screen would not accept my credit card expiration date. And this "AI powered" review box is glitching -- erasing some letters as I type them and it pointlessly updates the "suggested review topics."
