been using turbo tax for 20 years . this year it caused many problems not offering a disc , i had to download it and it didnt work because they said i had a virus even though i had an up to date Macfee protection , i had to buy your isecure protection for $300 now my computer takes over an hour to boot so i can use it , i feel like iv been ripprd off , and have a broke pc

The product is very good. The only reason for not choosing excellent is because several steps were not intuitive and required exploration to complete and the application did not update quickly. The slow updates led to a great deal of doubt and frustration.

Turbo Tax was disappointing this year

I have been a longtime Turbo Tax user and have been pleased wit the product in the past. However, this year, I was disappointed with the product. There were several transmission problems, even though there were no software updates indicated. I work on several tax returns, and unlike past years, the front page did not have a list of files that I was working on. Finally, I live in a state that has no state income tax, and yet Turbo Tax was asking me to download a state tax software. I am hoping that Turbo Tax will fix these glitches for next year.

TurboTax is Always Dependable

TurboTax is great for covering all of the questions involved with creating a return. Having all of the required forms provided saves me considerable time, although forms are available on-line.

Not happy with the software. Got caught in some loops. Been using Turbo Tax for many years. Because I'm an Emeritus Accounting Professor, and passed the CPA exam on first sitting, I can using get a work around by going to the actual forms.

Previous comments. The side boxes which show when dividends are imported from my financial institution are a pain to deal with.
I like the straightforward method you employed in prior years.
