Everything was great with a few challenges:
1) Make the online version more like the desktop version such as allowing you to bounce back and forth between forms and step by step mode. the online version never asked me for the estimated tax payments I made so I switched back to the desktop version.

Given extreme complexity of the tax code, TurboTax makes it relatively easy to enter and calculate, and is highly accurate. Audit Defense gives me peace of mind, and was extremely helpful one year when it was triggered. Downsides are that I have no insight into how the various taxes are actually calculated, it is difficult to estimate or try scenarios for next year's taxes, and I hate that loyal users are charged the highest price, if you choose to auto-renew.
