Turbo Tax is a valuable asset for tax purposes

I had difficulty loading it onto my computer because the software was initially loaded onto my sister's computer. The solution was simple although I did not know it at the time. A customer service representative named Chris saved the day. It just required high-lighting the box with the code and clicking on it. So simple, but there were no instructions for downloading it when initially downloaded on another computer. I would suggest incorporating directions to instruct someone how to do this. It drove me crazy trying to figure it out myself and wasted ALOT of time.

I have been using Turbotax for over 30 years and am both comfortable using it and confident that the details are all in order. My experience with live support has been excellent as the support staff if both knowledgeable and pleasant.

TurboTax is my go to application each year

I have used TurboTax for over 20 years and I find doing taxes to be efficient with this application. I also file thru TurboTax and get my refunds faster than most. I like that it handles my investments and rental property tax situations clearly and accurately.
