turbo tax premium

The software is very good, the download process was fairly smooth, just a little bit complicated by using the Intuit account on my phone then realizing I needed to download the software to my PC, which meant logging on , etc... which I had not done in the past. However, very easy to enter the information and get completed in a few hours,

Turbotax is not worth the money

it will not let me fill in the information I have from schwab- I DO NOT WANT TO PULL IN STUFF ELECTRONICALLY FROM THE INTERNET - I WANT TO ENTER THE DATA AS I GO - THERE WAS NO WAY TO GET OUT OF ALL THE QUESTIONS AND EVERY TIME I WENT BACK TO IT I HAD TO START OVER -- i HAVE USED TURBOTAX FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND i WILL FIND A DIFFERENT SOFTWARE NEXT YEAR -- I FINISHED THE FORMS SO I COULD MAIL IN MY PAYMENT AND THE FORMS HAVE A BACKGROUND ON THE SUBMITTAL FORMS - "DO NOT FILE" - how to get it fixed??????????????? I'll go someplace else next year

It did not have my credit union in its lists, for downloading Dividends earned. I could not enter all the information like last year. It would send me to a window that didn't work.
