TurboTax Tech Support is OUTSTANDING!

TurboTax is a very good product, but I needed help and I had Outstanding Support for Tech Jeffrey, he made sure I was back on track and guided me across the finish line, right through the electronic filing! Jeffrey's knowledge of TurboTax was Super, his attitude was Superb, very positive, helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't have done it without Jeffrey's help and support!

PLEASE add a feature that allows the user to enlarge the text when using a MacBook Air.

TurboTax Still Frustrating

Updater takes forever to run and there is no way to bypass it or really know how long it will take--the time remaining shown is not close to being accurate. Also, we were forced to pay more to update to premier unexpectantly just to include a 1099-B. I don't recall this being addressed in the packaging. Program always takes much longer to use than expected due to these unforeseen issues.

Disappointing program

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. This year of course Intuit wants you to do the taxes on line. I chose to download the program. Turbo tax would not pull the data from 2024 even when I tried to load it. This cause a lot of aggravation. please fix this or at least warn people if they down use the cloud it's not going to work right.

I believe this is the 5th year I have used Turbo Tax and I have never spent as much time as checking your prompt to review the item and back and forth until either I got it or your support staff helped (by the way they were very good). I found it quite cumbersome this year since I have spent hours and hours. In any eveynt I finally got it.

Love doing my taxes with Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for about 20 years, and I will say that it is very easy to use. If you do not understand something, there's a helpful topic list, and help center to assist you. I only gave it 4 stars because sometimes you have to go to the form and override the information and input it in yourself. Other than that, save yourself some time and money by doing it yourself. You might just learn a few things about taxes that your tax preparer never mentions.

A majority of institutions data can't be imported. We have to import manually. What's the use of Turbo Tax if we have to do all that.
