TurboTax is becoming less user-friendly.

Changes have been made to TTax. Did not like process for inputting income. Continued to ask if I wanted to import, told me items needed review but didn't allow me to open and edit. Would not allow me to delete old payer info if I did things out of (your) order. Also, after I finally deleted some old payer info, it kept reappearing. Preparing taxes was more painful this year than in past years.

Your support individuals are great! I find the program occasionally confusing to navigate.
I don't like feeling like I am filing and have not printed first. Put print return before file return.

My state return was rejected and that generated an email from Turbo Tax, an email that was absolutely worthless. No help at all.

TurboTax Tech Support is OUTSTANDING!

TurboTax is a very good product, but I needed help and I had Outstanding Support for Tech Jeffrey, he made sure I was back on track and guided me across the finish line, right through the electronic filing! Jeffrey's knowledge of TurboTax was Super, his attitude was Superb, very positive, helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't have done it without Jeffrey's help and support!
