No IP PIN Enter Point

The reason for 3 three star review is because Turbotax did not provide a place to enter the IRS provided Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN) to be used when filing the 2024 Federal tax return.
I had used TurboTax to prepare and file the 2023 Federal tax return. Though the return was accepted when filed it took until September to receive the refund. The refund was not received until after my identity and the return were verified.

Turbo Tax Is The Best

This is my 15th year using TT's Desktop to file Form 1040. I couldn't be more pleased with it; the company's notes and explanations, guidance, and prompts -- moved me along the process as smooth as butter. It gets easier every year,:))

Continued improvements with one glaring problem

TTax has incrementally upgraded the product over the years. ] But a glaring problem remains the poor design for downloading and updating prior year 1099's. TTax creates brand NEW accounts, and the user must tediously manually delete the prior year accounts. Really HORRIBLE code design for such a mature product.
