I found the flow of the topics and questions made sense and kept me on track. I did have an issue with 1099-R box 14 but just continued to ask questions and received the answer - LOOK AT BOC 16.

Desktop is good (online, not so much).

I needed to switch from the online version to the desktop version to review and modify the forms before filing. The interface between the online and desktop versions was good and the support personnel helped me find the errors and fix them.

The software is awsome. I can make my taxes in one or two days. It makes my life so much easier and flexible. Enjoy the fact tat it guides me through all the steps and itvis accurate.
