Improved!

I found this year's 2025 Premier version a big improvement over 2024's version. Navigation through it backwards and forwards was nearly faultless. It asked very good questions and had very good help explanations to keep me moving.
I very much like the desktop downloadable software and DO NOT WANT the Online version TT is trying to push me too. I did not like the constant efforts to move me to the On Line version while downloading the desktop. It seemed like I had to decline that pushy option at least 6 times. Please keep the downloadable product and at competitive pricing. If you drop the desktop product, I will be forced to go to your competitors. Please do not push me away, I like your desktop product. Thank you.

Turbo tax support needs work

no live chats, as never could connect ! I finally got an answer with instructions that didn't work. I spent more time trying to fix issues that didn't even relate to me. PPP loans that I never had, cost me more time that it took to do my taxes, figuring out how to get around the problem!!!

It walks you through everything, then completes the computations, makes filing taxes less stressful.

Trouble and don't know how to get help

The data was easy to input, and I trust the calculations. I would just input some data each day. When I was finished, I clicked File and then Save. It would save a new Turbo Tax icon on my laptop each time, Who do I call? Turbo Tax also listed the same person's taxes as a new return 3 times. Even though I have only done 1 tax return, my Turbo Tax is showing 3 tax returns. I have used Turbo Tax for years. I never had this problem before.
