Watch for rip-off to pay for cost of state e-file

It is a total rip-off to charge $40 to pay $25 to e-file the state return.

RMD section needs improvement

The section on RMD's could be better. I found it extremely difficult to appropriately enter the data since I only withdrew retirement money from one (I have 2) of my IRA accounts. I withdrew the correct amount from the one account since I totaled all RMD from both and withdrew that amount fro just one, but trying to find the correct way within the program was not at all intuitive.

LOVE TT - but here's a couple items to improve on

For my 2024 taxes, I had to answer several easy questions about my wife's NC teachers retirement 1099-R. i can't remember exactly what they were... The easy answers were something like "received payments monthly", "not a safety officer" "Yes, received payments for several years", "she did something else with her money", "received money from a qualified plan"..... anyway this tax year the questions for her 1099-R seemed a bit convoluted.
also, i imported my 1099-R, -INT -DIV from fidelity. THAT IS SO NICE....
however, I had to some follow-up on the foreign tax credit - that i thought TT sould automatically populate .

During "Review", TT did not tell me i failed to update my foreign tax credit under the credit and deductions sections
