Turbotax can be confusing

Delayed Depreciation Schedule Software

I completed my tax return early February but was not able to file due to Turbo Tax delay in Rental Depreciation software. Although I had no changes to the depreciation schedule, I could not look at or view the current schedule for accuracy without filing. Warning and transparent communication regarding the reason for the delay would have been appreciated. Instead, Turbo Tax updated the website and help page multiple times with unrealistic and inaccurate projection dates for repair.

constantly trying to upsell

The help section is pretty useless. I find the constant attempt to upsell annoying. navigation through software is cumbersome. would prefer to use iPad for this software

Turbo tax is expensive and not easy!

Turbo Tax is NOT easy. Program asks the user questions it should know by information already entered:
Why is Medicare wages higher then state?
Why is Medicare wages higher then state?
Going through Pa State program, The step by step doesn't show the program transferred the union dues to the state as a deduction. Had to switch to form view to confirm. The same for prorating tax exempt dividends.
