Confusing. Sneaky.

1. Sometimes difficult to tell what you are asking. Ex: Carryover worksheet (for estimated/exact AGI) = it asked for AGI 2023 number but gave no explanation what it was for. I had to go search. But hard to know where to even begin. Also, when asked this again at the end, it asked for AGI for each person separately, but we filed jointly. Confusing. 2. Sneaky how it states that receiving your refund via directly subtracting from federal return is $25 but actually it's $70 d/t the 'TurboTax Premium Service'. This is blatant false advertising or bait and switch at the least. Surprised that Intuit is getting away with this. Not a good look. 3. When asking for driver's license info: box to put dates in should should go directly under whichever format the user chooses. It's confusing to have it at the bottom, not intuitive..

I've been using TurboTax for over 20 years. The only issue I've had trouble with is carry forward calculations regarding losses on one of our rental properties. Especially since the QBI program started. It's a rather complicated labyrinth of forms and calculations to track the numbers through a return.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I've used it for years and rely on it. However, I have a complaint about efiling: The check-out page displays (billing information, etc.) are too large to fit on my laptop screen so the "Continue" and "Back" buttons are below the visible area and size cannot be reduced. I have to fiddle with the page to access the buttons. Same as last year! Estimated tax totals more than twice as much as I owed this year. Why? The graphic analysis charts are interesting. Also as an Advantage customer I was supposed to get $5 off my CA filing but was billed the usual $25. What's with that? Finally, there was information about Mint while I was working on deductions, but now I can't find it.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I had a baby
