Turbo Tax makes filing taxes easy.

Process this year is more difficult

We have used TurboTax for over 25 years. This year's turbotax process seemed more difficult than any past year. What happened to using the "it's Deductible tool for donations?

Turbbox is not a good software

1. Too much updates required. Everytime I start Turbox, it ask for update.
2. Collect too much infomation that are not needed.
3. Credit card payment form did not fit my screen. The buttons are out of my screen. I send this info last year and it did not change. I can not use credit card payment since the buttons are out of screen.

Good but can improve - Add features for NRA spouse

Overall a good experience filing again this year but one improvement can be made to allow me to e-file next year: Please add the ability to input NRA (for Non Resident Alien) in spouse's social field. My spouse is an NRA and not able to file taxes until US immigration proceeds further and she is assigned a social security number. While there was a question about NRA's in this year's turbo tax product, answering that she was an NRA for the full year still required me to input numerical values for her social security number. Since that is a required field I have to mail my returns and manually type in NRA onto the return generated by TurboTax

The year-end IRA balance should be a requirement if the taxpayer has a non-deductible IRA balance. It is needed for amortizing the balance.

FIT UX was okay, but state UX needs work!
