Turbo Tax is an accurate system!

Turbo Tax has been a great guide in filing our joint federal tax return since the 1990's. No issues.

Considering changing software

Explanations of questions and required information is lacking.
Difficult to get back to a specific point without having to re-answer all the questions because it clears out responses.
TurboTax lobbies against simplified tax filing systems because it would cut into their business.

Turbo Tax Gets worse

This product is the worst iteration of Turbo Tax yet. I've used Turbo Tax for over 25 years, only occasionally trying other software. "Learn more" buttons don't work. No option not to download updates every time it opens (I prefer to download when I'm nearly done inputting). Sometimes opens assuming you want to start a new return, vs. what you've been using. And finally numerous ads to buy professional advice, which I don't need for my simple return.
