Should have ability to upload PDF files

All was good, except I would have liked to have option to upload PDF copies of my documents, like W-2, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV etc. into TT. That was not allowed this year --- TT for 2024 would only allow importing documents from various Finance-type software.
My personal preference for using TurboTax is to manually enter all my entries, and then import PDF copies of the main documents so that TurboTax would have electronic backups for my entries --- that was not an option for 2024. I manually entered all my entries, but then could not upload any documents because they were not in an approved software format.

Could not go back and correct state return so I had to buy another state; the same state twice.

Stupid UI and Overcharge

Not user friendly interface, require user to download desktop app in order to use license code purchased in store, charge you 40$ if you want to pay with tax return and have to pay 25$ extra to e file state tax. Tax information also doesnt transfer well from online acc to desktop.
