Another Successful Year Using TurboTax

I have used TurboTax for many years now and never had an issue or an audit. Prior to my retirement my taxes were more complicated, but since retirement they are very straight forward and the process is very simple.

The first thing required before starting taxes is to import your previous years return. When going through the current years forms it asked for information from the previous years forms. Why? I had asked this last year and was told that you may have had changed the information, so verification is required. Really! At the very least supply me the information and let me confirm. Don't ask me to look at my previous years return to manually get the information. This is not rocket science. If someone really cared enough about creating a great product instead of a good one, I would not have to waist my time writing these reviews. On top of that just get ignored as frivolous information.

Good interviewing process for tax topics. And simple returns are a snap. However help center connection needs improvement. Hit the icon and got error message. Also, need to work on smoothing out the process for amending returns. These are nuance items though. Good overall.
