Edge issue for online.

I was unable to use the online version because the righthand margin would not allow me to scroll down to the next button. I could not see the down arrow or slide function using Microsoft Edge. Not sure if it was user error or a compatibility issue.

Not the easiest.
Shameful Nickel & Diming for state e-filing. Multiple credit card transactions to get to e-file documents. Why does it cost $25 when using my internet connection to submit a document?

Importing documents from Etrade did not work - tried multiple times.

Turbo Tax works for me!

I've been using Turbo Tax for over a decade now and it has always worked well for me. I do have a fairly complex return and feel I would not be able to complete my tax return with a high level of confidence without Turbo Tax.

TurboTax Desktop Version Is the Best

The desktop version is the best because it is easier to troubleshoot complicated portions of the return because the forms and worksheets are accessible.
