OK but still not perfect.

Better this year than last. But the review still misses some important deductions for self-employed. Specifically, Medicare premiums and qualified long term care insurance premiums. I've missed these deductions in prior years and have had to file amended returns.

I had to spend hours researching from IRS website how to calculate the Required Minimum Distribution from my retirement accounts.

I accidentally added Florida as my second income state. I haven't purchased it yet, and now I can't remove it unless I start a new return and re-enter all the information.
I have several rental properties. After entering data for the first property, the line says: "End of your rental property input." It should say: "End of your [specific address] property input."

Simple to use, to the point, go at your own pace. I appreciate being able to pull previous years data. I like the software that allows me to play with different cases.

Some of the new screens (e.g., investments) are not intuitive. For example, interest earned from banks is found/entered under "investments" even though interest earned is not an "investment".

Poor quality product

Really really bad software. Did the people who developed it even test it or try using it?? This is just your web product wrapped in a clunky application window. Half of the features don't even work. I can't even get it to print a copy of my return. I think you are actually trying to convince people not to use this product in the future with the way the product functions.

Great but need change to state return

Overall excellent; one area for major improvement- on state returns - you should add something specific regarding if you have interest income from US Treasury obligations which are not taxable at state level and therefore need to be subtracted off income before the state tax is determined; there should be a question about this and I did not find it useful on TurboTax helped me here.
