Worst Turbo Tax Experience EVER

Did not use the live help or the phone a friend
Imports did not work
Appeared to be accurate
Many features did not work as advertised

Turbo Tax for Oregon is buggy

Didn't error trap downloads. Pop up regarding Oregon Kicker refund was unclear, and I believe, incorrect. References to 2024 forms were incorrect. I also had a number of places it asked questions that had no possible answer. Not happy this year

TurboTax's new interface needs work.

This year's TurboTax interface was the most confusing I've ever seen. I do not like the way options / choices are presented. It took me longer to sort through the individual icons than selecting my option using plain English language.

State Formatted for Electronic Only

It's not possible to print the state return for mail in - the software only let's you e-file, and print a preview copy with no signature page on the state return.
