It took way too long to wait for your upgrades to the depreciation, sale of rental property. I wanted to file earlier.

A Good Deal!

Alway a good Tax Return Prep Process. However, I do miss having the Investment Company names and account numbers already loaded in the return as you enter the Tax Data. Have been a User for over a decade.

Turbo Tax is Great!

Turbo Tax brings forward the information from last year and keeps track of my year to year items. I have used Turbo Tax for at least ten years. Easy to use.

Problems this year

Wouldn’t load prior year’s return, exceeded 5 gb. Some of my depreciation schedules were for 7 years, not 5 and couldn’t recalculate on that basis. Had to make manual adjustments to get 2025 depreciation amounts correct. Wasn’t notified when depreciation section was completed even though I signed up for e-mail notification. Lastly, credit card data entry was almost impossible to enter on my macbook. Couldn’t see all the data entry lines.

Wont pay to e-file!!

Overall, it was an easy process but I am super angry to have to pay for e-file of state return and refuse! Wont use turbo tax anymore!!!!
