Good in past-had issue this year.

Have used Turbo tax for many years without major filing problems. Had a question or two over the years that were resolved. Big problem this year was with NYS $400 inflation rebate. The return did not address it. I think I figured it out and reported as I thought was the correct way. Turbo Tax should have addressed this issue better and had a question about it. We will see what happens. You said return was 100% correct. We will see.

So pleased with the guidance, feedback and help that TT provides!! I have used it for decades. Excellent quality.
I do recommend a longer timeframe for compatibility with Apple products. I've had to buy several new laptops during the decades to be able to use TT app.

2025 desktop turbotax is broken.

The import ability did not work so I had to call support. The person I had was very good but the fact that the import capabilities weren't working at all on the desktop version is just not good. I should have at least got a discount considering it didn't work correctly.

Has always worked well for me for thirteen years. I prefer the desktop version. I would like to see forms 1041 and IT-205 included as I just set up a trust for my dependents and can't justify paying for the pro version for a very basic return.
