1. Periodic updates don't explain what is being updated.
2. After logging in to T account, difficult to navigate to desired information, community, etc.
3. Once again: offer free state filing to get a better rating.

iMac issue

You are not able to print from the iMac desktop version. It is a reported issue that hasn't been solved with an update as of 2/17/25

Made filing taxes very easy. To know why each step is important I do read other sources but Turbotax is right on and makes it easy to complete.

very user unfriendly product. wouldnt transfer last years info, no way to recover key password, weird jump to intuit website sor payment, etc
