Turbo Tax E file didn't work

Completed my taxes with turbo tax okay. Tried to e-file and could not compete the credit card information. Tried 6-8 times and used different cards with same bad results. Your program to enter credit card information would not allow the expiration date month to enter using the pull down as directed. I am totally teed off. What a disappointment. I have been using TT for more years than I can remember. This year had to file by mail.

Convenient for doing taxes

TurboTax is relatively easy to use as it guides you step by step through the process of doing your taxes. I have used it for many years.

Won't use Turbo-Tax Again

Outrageous that after completing e-file there is a notification to send in a paper form 8453. And the form indicates another form 8489 is required and it is not in the same file which means I have to go find it.
And the additional $25 e-file fee for the state filing is offensive as the cost for that process can not possibly be anything close to that amount.
I will not use Turbo-Tax going forward.

I have used Turbo Tax for more then10 years now. I very pleased with it and would recommend to anyone who are filing their own taxes.

Cant find last years return cant download brokerag

Only a couple times in last 10 years has it found last years return. This year brokerage statements, despite changing all computer and browser settings to the most vulnerable, would download but wouldn't populate Turbo. Tried four times.
