Too many glitches

Over many years I've discovered errors and glitches in TT programs. I usually discover these in two ways: 1) My own knowledge of what ought to be, 2) Studying "Forms View" and finding inconsistencies, inaccuracies, contradictions, and unexplained blanks either filled in (or not). I've done my best to report these errors to TT personnel, but each year the same old ones persist, and new ones arise.

Tax year 2025 went well. Had trouble in the filing but with the aid of phone support determined my VPN was the culprit. Turned VPN off and et Voila my taxes are filed.

WORST TURBO TAX PRODUCT EVER, LOSE YOUR RETURN

This was the worst year with turbo tax ever. I am seriously considering purchasing another product next year. Complete your entire return, it locks up, and then disappears and I have to start all over. It doesn't save as you go. Screw the on line feature, use the desktop. I am truly p-off. I wasted so much time and energy to have everything disappear.

Cumbersome and Highly Disappointing App

Not a good impression
Step 1 - We'll read you tax return from turbotax last year and get your AGI. It said I made $29 MILLION dollars!!!!
Step 2 - Download my W-2, errors, didn't read data in some of the boxes with values

Manually enter the majority of data - data connections for my banks did not exist and if they did, you had to triple check the accuracy,
Issues with foreign tax credit forms not being autopoulated correctly - prevented me from filing my taxes...UGH!!!!!!
It's a step backwards. TT use to be a great product. H&R Block app next year

Turbo Tax For Years

I had a little trouble with the program not putting my wife's RMD info in correctly. It kept showing it as an early withdrawal from her IRA, which was not true. I had to go back in twice to fix it. If I didn't fix it, we were going to owe 25% tax on the RMD.
Otherwise it worked out and I will continue to use the software.
