Bug in Macbook version of turbotax

If you are using turbotax on a Macbook, beware. I bought a copy of Turbotax to run on my Macbook and downloaded Turbotax without any apparent issues. No error messages or warnings appeared. When I began using Turbotax and wanted to link it to my brokerage account to download data, Turbotax told me I had two copies of Turbotax running on my computer and had to delete one copy before I could proceed. It took me hours to resolve the problem, which clearly was Turbotax's issue. This is an inexcusable bug

New version needs some help!

I see it is a new version. Well, it locked up twice on me. And you don't need to ask over and over again if I want to try the online version. Once is enough! Entering income is a bit annoying..the previous version was nice and neat to pick your income source.

Harder than last year

Importing my financial data was confusing since I chose Wells Fargo and not Wells Fargo Clearing. I called the help line and while waiting (45 min) i searched on line and found my problem. When the help person called, she was nice and wanted to make sure I got the answer I wanted.
Also, inputting the RMD was difficult and the instruction could of been clearer on what I needed to do.
Maybe Im just getting old but this year was more difficult that previous years.

Almost Awesome

I would give it 5 stars if it were not for the fact that Turbo Tax still forces you to create and then dele a Schedule C form when you enter a 1099-Miosc for Other Investment Income. This issue has been around for at least 4 years. It would be great if you could fix that. If you do, 5 stars for next year.
