Ripped off on e-file fee

Terrible interaction with E-file. Was given an offer for $20 e-file. Then was charges $5 higher at checkout ($25). Then was teased when returned to the return for the #20 (reduced) fee.

does not import everything you need. Did not ask for id.me code. Failed twice - hard to get system to input that code in the right place

Great to be back with Turbo Tax

Very good experience. Easy to navigate. ONE problem is when adding interest income it make you go through entire process of selecting it.
Spoke with tax expert that was very nice while making sure all questions and problems were handled.

2024 Mac TurboTax Premier is buggy

- Print button fails everywhere
- Import from broker results in extra forms with no values. I had to delete them manually. (Schwab)
- NO BACK button at some points - required doing whole sections over.
- Wing and a prayer the calculations are correct
- Do better S/W testing
- I've been using TurboTax every year since 1998. I'm not sure about next year.
