Bug Reporting/Support

The product is okay. I realize taxes are complex and sometimes forms might have errors but once I find a bug I should be able to easily report it and know h it will be corrected. There is no obvious place to report bugs, no easy way of knowing when one will be fixed after I wasted an hour on the phone after spending hours trying to report the bug online. Make it easier!

How it can be February 17th and the Depreciation and Amortization Software is not updated yet is down right criminal. I will be using a different software in 2026.

Turbo Tax accuracy has always been a factor in which I have had complete confidence. The software has run smoothly on my Apple Mac. The features and interface have consistently made completing my taxes logical and easy to align with the IRS requirements. I appreciate the options to receive support if I need it. I'm grateful for Turbo Tax.

The overall experience with TurboTax is wonderful as usual. I'm extremely disappointed that TurboTax did not print out the quarterly estimated taxes vouchers for the next year like you always had in the past. If you can tell me how to do that, it would be appreciated.

Turbo tax improperly handles non-qualified plans

The is an error when filing NY state return. Problem arises when wages (box 1 in W2) are the same as non-qualified plans (box 11). NYS rejects the return.
The problem should be resolved between TurboTax and NYS IRS to properly handle the form generated by turbo tax.
