30th year using TurboTax

Getting more buggy every year

TT desktop seems to be getting more and more buggy every year. Not the same quality control that used to be. Mark estimated/add supporting details availability is very buggy in new UI. Major issue with estimated fields and tax summary bug that doesn't go away once fields are marked not estimated. Still can't imagine another way to file on my own, but every year I am more disappointed with the quality. And no, I have zero desire to use the web version.

My honest repetitive review

I love Turbotax. I have used it for over 25 years. I continue to hate your website, and I have reported this every year but it's still horrible. Why can't you just have a menu item to go directly to the program for download. I know you want to keep pushing paid services but there are people who know how to-do taxes without needing help. PLEASE make your
website more user friendly. Other than that comment, i would give you 5 stars. One more thing, charge to file state is a bit excessive.
