Good product but has a known bug that wasted time

Great product, I've used it for over 25 years, BUT...this year I had a problem entering Social Security payments - which a very large percentage of the population has - and spent hours researching it only to find that it's a known bug that's been there for several years and you won't fix it!!!

Love the product. would have been a 5 star except:
Foreign tax credit information did not automatically transfer to my NC return. I caught it because it transferred on my 2023 return. I would have lost a $267 refund if I didn't know enough to ask.
However, the associate I asked about it was able to walk me through a manual entry. Kudos and thanks to her.

TurboTax makes taxes doable

I've used TurboTax for many years and find it easy to use and appreciate the information for previous years being carried over each year. It seems that each year, I have a new tax situation and TurboTax is able to handle every situation I have encountered.

Turbo tax relatiing to out of state gains and loss

Generally easy to use and straight forward. However, the state was not clear on the inclusion or exclusion of the capital gain on a second home sold out of state.
