Intuit tax phone support can be helpful

telephone support was provided to correct a program issue that would not accept the cid code on my credit card- after a call they fixed the program a few hours later

App unstable during e-filing and while saving PDF

- The app crashed multiple times during e-filing and while saving the tax returns.
- It did not carry forward capital gains/losses from prior years
- I was unable to open a support ticket for this issue

Good product with one annoying feature.

In general, the product is well structured and easy to use. My only complaint is that it continues to bother me about filing state income tax returns for my state of Washington which has no state income tax.

Super disappointed with TurboTax premier version

Can't do efile for my Oregon State non-resident income tax return. Called in and talked to someone. Though she spent 2 hours to troubleshoot, she can't solve the issue. In the end, i had to do paper filing. Very disappointed.

Entering QCD is much more difficult than it should

Somewhat difficult to find where to enter QCD from IRA Accounts, should be more straight forward to enter that information

TurboTax Would Be Better If It Fixed the Basics

Turbotax has been a good resource over 20 years of using it. I may continue to use it if Intuit fixes the credit card entry bug that does not allow me to pay for e-File for my state return (requires instead to pay add'l $40 to pay out my Federal return). This is a big dissatisfier to me since I now have to print and mail my state return to avoid paying additional fees. All because I cannot get the desktop software to allow me to choose the correct credit card expiration month to allow e-file of my state return.
