Some of the "glitches" from last year have been improved upon, and some of it seemed easier to enter, however a few places with the large boxes to select did not seem as streamlined as before.

Return rejected -- you need to fix this now

Have used Turbo Tax for many years. But this year my Wisconsin state return has been rejected due to new 24,000 dollars retirement income -- some kind of error in your software

Good product - terminology can be confusing

I have used TT for many, many years. I have become familiar with the "eco system" but still sometimes have questions raised by not fully understanding terminology. But it all gets figured out in the end. And even right now I am trying to type but your "AI" software interferes with my data entry. It's a gimmick and not helpful.

Pleased with TurboTax

As usual the TurboTax experience was fine. One glitch this year was with the import of 1099 data from Morgan Stanley. The work around was to input the information into the software manually. Otherwise, all good.

IRA Help

I find contributing to IRAs very confusing. How much you can contribute to an IRA depends on your MAGI. This should be readily visible within TurboTax when you're filling in IRA information.

Question final results

Ease of use is great.
When I closed the program Friday night, I was due a $2,593 refund but when I opened the program today, I now owe $7,285. I e-filed and hopefully the credit was transmitted instead of the $7,285 I owe. I do not know why the difference.
