Turbo Tax is broken

The payment method would not take any credit card payment. I tried 5 different credit cards and none of them were accepted. The only way to electronic file was to pay another $40 to Turbo Tax to have the money withheld from my federal refund. WHAT A RIP OFF Turbo Tax!!!!!!!! I check online and found many, many other people are having the same problem, it just isn't me like the help person stated. LIES!!!!
FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!! When I do my taxes and this problem is still an issues I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING TURBO TAX IN THE FUTURE.

Turbo Tax is easy to use.

It was easy to use for all our needs. We have used Turbo Tax for many years and have never had an issue. We have used Turbo Tax for our personal and business taxes.

Turbo tax wis state form not correct per state

Wisconsin state return keeps being rejected due to incorrect forms even though turbo tax says they are correct and i can not get the return filed electronicly
