Was not aware of online advice or the $40 service fee charged after the fact. No specification of Medicare Part B to be included in medical insurance paid for Wisconsin.

Was disappointed that Turbo Tax failed to import any of my tax data from last year, not even my name. Otherwise, it is an effective and relatively painless way to do taxes.
