I've been using TurboTax for many years. This year the updating of software left much to be desired. When doing the update it constantly failed.

TT generally made filing easy. The Member Audit Defense page was a bit awkward to use as the bottom right was off the screen. Getting Acrobat Reader for free was a plus.
